Tauil & Chequer and Lobo de Rizzo advise on the Aegea issue

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised the issuer and Lobo de Rizzo advised the underwriters on the 19th public offering of debentures of Aegea Saneamento e Participações, in the amount of R$ 750 million.

The operation was carried out under the terms of Resolution 160 of the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM).

Tauil & Chequer was joined by partner Luis Montes (pictured) and associates Julia Zarth and Marcella Castellano, all from the Banking and Finance practice.

Lobo de Rizzo advised BTG Pactual Investment Banking, Itaú BBA Assessoria Financeira, Banco BNP Paribas Brasil and relied on partner Maria Costa Neves Machado (pictured right), associates Marília do Valle Farias and Izabela Lourenço Moreno de Oliveira.
