Tauil & Chequer and Lobo de Rizzo on issuance of Aegea
Tauil & Chequer lawyers in São Paulo advised Aegea Sanemaneto e Participações within the scope of its new financing, structured through Aegea’s 13th issuance of debentures and the comany’s first one to be carried out under the terms of CVM’s new regulatoy framework of public offerings (RCVM 160), in the total amount of BRL 550,500,000.00.
The public offering was distributed and placed by the underwriters Banco IBBA, Banco ABC and Banco BTG wich was advised by Lobo de Rizzo Advogados.
The net resources raised within the issuance will be destinated to investments and reinforcement of the company’s liquidity reserve.
