Tauil & Chequer and Machado Meyer advise on Gerdau’s issue
Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised the issuer, Machado Meyer advised the coordinators on the 17th issue of Gerdau debentures, in the amount of BRL 1.5 billion.
The debentures were placed through a public offering, under the terms of CVM Resolution 160, under the coordination of Itaú BBA and Santander.
