Tauil & Chequer and Machado Meyer advises on Motiva’s issuance
Tauil & Chequer in association with Mayer Brown advised the issuer; Machado Meyer advised XP Investimentos, Itaú BBA, Santander, BTG Pactual, UBS BB, and Banco Votorantim on the 19th public issuance of simple, unsecured debentures by Motiva Infraestrutura de Mobilidade, totaling BRL 1.8 billion.
The offering was structured in two series under CVM Resolution 160, with proceeds allocated to strengthening the issuer’s cash flow and funding three strategic infrastructure projects for Brazil’s road network.
