Tauil & Chequer and Pinheiro Neto advises on issuance of Nissei
Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown acted as counsel to Fármácia e Drogaria Nissei, a pharmacy and drugstore retail chain, on its fourth debentures issuance, totaling R$120 million.
The debentures were placed by means of a public offering with restricted placements efforts, pursuant to CVM Rule 476, coordinated by Itaú BBA and Banco Votorantim, wich was represented by Pinheiro Neto Advogados.
Tauil & Chequer Advogados was counsel to the issuer and relied on partner Rodolfo Constantino Tella (pictured left) and associates Dianie Teixeira and Stephanie Carmo.
Pinheiro Neto Advogados relied on partner Ricardo Simões Russo (pictured right), counsel Marcos Saldanha Proença, associate Gustavo Guedes Araújo, Luiz Fernando de Araujo Plazza and legal aide Phelipe Dias Alves.
