T&C and SNA advises on CRA´s issuance of 3tentos
Tauil & Chequer Advogados associated with Mayer Brown advised Três Tentos Agroindustrial; Santos Neto Advogados advised BTG Pactual Investment Banking and XP Investimentos, on the public offering of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA) of 201th issue of Opea Securitizadora (Opea), backed by Agribusiness Credit Rights due by Três Tentos Agroindustrial (3tentos), as per CVM Resolution 160, according to the automatic registration rite, in the total amount of BRL 500 million.
The distribution of CRAs was carried out by BTG Pactual Investment Banking and XP Investimentos.
