TCA acts in issue of Dracma Mutual Fund
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has acted as advisor to Dracma, as managing company, Banco Comafi as depositary company, and both in their roles as arrangers and placement agents, in the issue of the tranches corresponding to the third tranche of the “DRACMA FONDO COMÚN DE INVERSIÓN CERRADO INMOBILIARIO” Closed-end Mutual Fund (FCI for its initials in Spanish) for the amount of $770,611,844.
The units were successfully placed on 23 August 2023. The number of units placed amounted to 288,618,668 at a price of $2.67 per unit.
The special purpose of the FCI is to invest in real estate assets (Specific Assets).
The FCI also provides for two classes of condominium units. Each unit share entitles the holder to one (1) vote, to participate in the distribution of profits as may be decided by the Manager in accordance with the Regulations and to participate in any remainder that may exist at the time of liquidation of the Fund.
The units of the FCI have been authorised for listing on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos.
