TCA acts in new issue of Invernea Proteína
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has acted in the issuance of Certificates of Participation of the Financial Trust “INVERNEA PROTEINA PYME SERIE 3” for a nominal amount of AR$ 3.000.000.000.000, maturing on September 15, 2028.
The issue was made on September 15th under the Global Trust Securities Programme “INVERNEA PROTEINA”.
The Trust is aimed at productive development, regional economies and SME value chains, and is directly aimed at productive investment, enabling investment in the SME agricultural sector by non-specialised investors and contributing to the federalisation of the capital market.
The funds will be allocated to livestock production at all stages of its cycle (breeding and rearing, fattening and finishing at the farmyard, until its subsequent marketing) and to the purchase of agricultural commodities, having been approved as an SME investment fund, the investments to be made must focus on suppliers that qualify as SMEs in order to maintain that qualification. Activities are concentrated in the provinces of Corrientes, Entre Ríos and Buenos Aires.
CFA Compañía Fiduciaria Americana acted as trustee and issuer, Invernea as technical operator, ARG Capital as arranger, PP Inversiones and Cono Sur Inversiones as underwriters and Balanz Capital Valores as co-underwriter.
