TCA acts in the creation of SIDERSA’s note issuance programme
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has advised SIDERSA, a national company in the steel and renewable energy industry, in its entry to the Public Offering Regime and in the creation of the global programme for the issuance of simple negotiable bonds (not convertible into shares) for up to V/N US$ 150,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies or units of measurement).
The authorisation of the global programme was granted by the Comisión Nacional de Valores (the CNV) on 23 May 2023.
