TCA acts in the issuance of Tranche II of the “Fideicomiso Financiero Solidario de Infraestructura Pública NASA IV”
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has acted as legal counsel in the issuance of Tranche II of the Individual Financial Trust “Fideicomiso Financiero Solidario de Infraestructura Pública NASA IV” under the framework of General Resolution 839/20 of the CNV of the “Special Regime of Solidarity Financial Trust Programs for the assistance to the national, provincial and/or municipal public sector”.
The Trust Debt Securities with Social Impact Tranche II VS related to the sustainability of Nucleoeléctrica Argentina were issued on April 20th, under the Financial Trust, for a nominal value of US$ 80,000,000, maturing on August 1st, 2033.
The Financial Trust, whose Tranche I was issued in February 2023, is aimed at financing the development of the life extension projects of the Atucha I nuclear power plant and the dry storage of spent fuel for the Atucha I and II nuclear power plant.
BICE Fideicomisos acted as trustee and issuer, Nucleoeléctrica Argentina acted as trustee, Nación Bursátil as lead underwriter and Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, Macro Securities, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, Banco de Valores, SBS Trading and Cohen as underwriters.
