TCA acts on new issue of Accicom trust securities
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has acted as deal counsel in a new issue of Trust Debt Securities of the “Fideicomiso Financiero Accicom Préstamos Personales XIII”, under the Global Trust Debt Securities Programme “ACCICOM”.
Banco de Valores acted as trustee and issuer and Accicom as trustor, in the issuance of Class A Trust Debt Securities and Class B Trust Debt Securities, under the Trust, for a nominal value of $149,687,700.
This new issue by the Trust was for the purpose of financing the Trustee, through the assignment to the Trust of certain loans originated by the Trustee.
On September 13, the National Securities Commission authorized the public offering of the Trust Debt Securities for V/N $149,687,700.
Banco Macro acted as arranger, and Macro Securities and Banco de Valores as underwriters of the Trust.
