TCA advises ICBC on global notes programme
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has advised the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Argentine branch (ICBC) in the authorisation of the Global Promissory Note Programme for a total amount of US $250,000,000.
The transaction was authorised by the Comisión Nacional de Valores on 2 June 2022.
Luciana Vázquez and Matías Filippo acted as in-house legal advisors to ICBC, while María José Anastasio and María del Pilar Goyenechea acted as programme managers.
