TCA advises on Tranche III issue of NASA Financial Trust IV
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has advised on the issue of Tranche III of the Individual Financial Trust “Fideicomiso Financiero Solidario de Infraestructura Pública NASA IV”.
The issue was made on July 27th, in the framework of the CNV’s General Resolution 839/20 of the “Special Regime of Solidarity Financial Trust Programmes for the assistance to the national, provincial and/or municipal public sector” and the CNV’s General Resolution 865/20 of the “Public Infrastructure Promotion”.
The Trust Debt Securities with Social Impact Tranche III VS related to the sustainability of Nucleoeléctrica Argentina were issued for a nominal amount of US$ 69,159,192, maturing on January 31, 2034.
The Financial Trust is aimed at obtaining financing for the development of the life extension projects of the Atucha I nuclear power plant and dry storage of spent fuels for the Atucha I and II nuclear power plant.
BICE Fideicomisos acted as trustee and issuer, Nucleoeléctrica Argentina as trustee, Nación Bursátil as lead underwriter; and Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, Macro Securities, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, Banco de Valores, SBS Trading, Cohen and Banco BBVA Argentina as underwriters.
