TCA advises Tierra del Fuego on issuance of Treasury Bills Series VI
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has advised the Province of Tierra del Fuego in its issuance of Treasury Bills Series VI Class 1, Class 2, Class 3 and Class 4 for a total amount of AR$4,927,505,877.
The Series VI Treasury Bills were issued on 23 December 2022, where the respective classes mature on 27 February 2023, 27 April 2023, 28 August 2023 and 27 September 2023.
The issue was made under the framework of the Treasury Bills Issuance Programme for the year 2022, for an outstanding face value of up to AR$5,000,000,000,000 or its equivalent in other currencies. The Treasury Bills Series VI were guaranteed with funds from the Federal Tax Co-participation Regime.
Banco de Servicios y Transacciones and Puente Hnos acted as co-arrangers and co-placement agents; while Banco Patagonia, Adcap Securities Argentina, Banco Comafi, Industrial Valores and Balanz Capital Valores acted as co-placement agents.
