TCA advises Tierra del Fuego on new issue of treasury bills
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has advised the Province of Tierra del Fuego in the issuance of Treasury Bills Series V maturing on 1 December 2023 for a total amount of AR$2,600,000,000,000.
The mission was carried out on September 5th under the framework of the Treasury Bills Issuance Programme for the year 2023, for an outstanding face value of up to AR$8,000,000,000,000 or its equivalent in other currencies.
The Series V Treasury Bills were guaranteed with funds from the Federal Tax Co-participation Regime.
Banco Comafi acted as arranger and underwriter in the issue. Puente Hnos, Banco de Servicios y Transacciones, Banco Patagonia, Adcap Securities Argentina, Macro Securities and Banco Supervielle acted as co-placement agents.
