TCA and Beccar Varela counsel on Refi Pampa’s issuance of Negotiable Bonds

Tanoira Cassagne Abogados represented Refi Pampa, while Beccar Varela represented the arrangers and placement agents in the issuance of Class II Series B Notes

 Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has advised Refi Pampa, an Argentine company producing liquid fuels and derivatives, in the placement and issuance in the local market of Class II Series B Negotiable Obligations for a nominal amount of 8,643,789 Purchasing Value Units (Unidades de Valor Adquisitivo) equivalent to $999,999,949.41, subscribed and integrated in pesos and at a rate of 0.00%.

Beccar Varela has advised Banco BBVA Argentina, Banco Comafi, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, Puente Hnos. and Macro Securities, as arrangers and placement agents.

The Notes were issued on May 6, 2022, under the Global Programme for the issuance of short, medium and/or long term, non-convertible into shares, for a maximum outstanding amount of up to $50,000,000 USD, and mature on May 6, 2025.
