Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has advised the province of Río Negro, and Bruchou & Funes de Rioja the arranger and underwriters, in the issuance of public debt securities “Bono Río Negro Serie II” maturing on 25 July 2024.
The issue was made on July 20 for a total amount of AR$ 5,000,000,000,000 and at a variable Badlar rate plus a margin of 15%, under the framework of the financing programme for the year 2023.
The repayments of the Debt Securities are secured by an assignment in guarantee of the province’s collection rights over the funds or any other payment from the Federal Co-participation Tax Regime, or any other that may replace it in the future.
Banco Patagonia acted as arranger and underwriter; and Banco de Servicios y Transacciones, Banco Comafi, ADCAP Securities Argentina, Puente Hnos. and Industrial Valores acted as underwriters.
