TCA and Bruchou counsel on Río Negro debt securities issue

Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has counselled the Province of Río Negro in the issuance of public debt securities “Bono Río Negro Serie II”. Bruchou & Funes de Rioja has counselled the lead arranger and underwriter and the sub-underwriters.

The debt securities mature on 20 July 2023, and were issued as part of its financing programme for the year 2022 for a total amount of $2,500,000,000,000 Argentine pesos, at a variable Badlar rate plus a margin of 8%.

The repayments of the Debt Securities are secured by a pledge of the Province’s collection rights over the funds or any other payment from the Federal Tax Co-participation Regime, or such other payment as may replace it in the future.

Banco Patagonia acted as arranger and underwriter; while Banco de Servicios y Transacciones, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires Banco Comafi, Compañía Financiera Argentina, Balanz Capital Valores and Industrial Valores acted as underwriters.
