TCA and Bruchou help in Rio Negro debt securities issuance
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has advised the Province of Río Negro, and Bruchou & Funes de Rioja the arranger and underwriters, in the issuance of public debt securities “Bono Río Negro Serie I” maturing on 11 April 2024.
The debt securities were issued on 5 April under the framework of its financing programme for the year 2023, for a total amount of ARS $2,889,572,757 and at a variable Badlar rate plus a margin of 9%.
The repayments of the debt securities are secured by an assignment in guarantee of the province’s collection rights over the funds or any other payment from the Federal Co-participation Tax Regime, or such other payment that may replace it in the future.
Banco Patagonia acted as arranger and underwriter; while Banco de Servicios y Transacciones, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, Banco Hipotecario and Puente Hnos. acted as sub-underwriters.
