TCA and PAGBAM advise Sierras de Mazán in placement of SME Notes
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has advised Sierras de Mazán in the placement of the Series I Secured SME CNV Notes for a nominal amount of US$ 2,899,924 at a cut-off price of 102.5 of the nominal value and a rate of 0.00%.
TCA also advised Banco Supervielle and Banco Comafi, as arrangers and underwriters, and Supervielle Agente de Negociación and Comafi Bursátil as underwriter; while Perez Alati Grondona Benites & Arntsen has advised Banco Santander Argentina as arranger and underwriter.
The Notes were issued on 22 December 2022 and will mature on 22 December 2025. Also, the Notes are guaranteed by Banco Supervielle, Banco Comafi and Banco Santander Argentina.
In addition, the Notes were authorised for listing on the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange (BCBA) and for trading on the Mercado Abierto Electrónico (MAE).
Sierras de Mazán is a company mainly engaged in the cultivation of oilseeds, except soybean and sunflower, including edible oils and/or industrial use: safflower, rapeseed, jojoba, linseed, peanut, castor, sesame, among others).
