TCA assists in first issue of Río Negro Treasury Bills
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has assisted in the issuance of Treasury Bills Series I of the Province of Río Negro, maturing on March 20, 2024, with a nominal annual variable rate equivalent to the Badlar Rate plus a margin of 9.00%, for a total amount of ARS $2,152,173,913.
The issuance was made on March 20, under the framework of the Treasury Bills Issuance Programme for the year 2023, for an outstanding nominal value of up to ARS $12,000,000,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies).
The Series I Treasury Bills were guaranteed with funds from the Federal Tax Co-participation Regime.
Banco Patagonia acted as arranger and underwriter; while Banco de Servicios y Transacciones, Banco Comafi, Banco Comafi, Industrial Valores, Puente Hnos, BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización, and Banco Hipotecario acted as sub-placement agents.
