TCA assists in the issuance of Tierra del Fuego Treasury Bills Series II
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has assisted the Province of Tierra del Fuego in its issuance of Treasury Bills Series II for a total amount of $2.442.179.000 Argentine pesos divided in 3 Classes with maturity at 29, 60 and 149 days respectively.
The issue was made on 27 June, within the framework of the Treasury Bills Issuance Programme for the year 2022, for an outstanding face value of up to seven billion or its equivalent in other currencies.
The Series II Treasury Bills were secured with funds from the Federal Tax Co-participation Regime.
Banco de Servicios y Transacciones and Puente Hnos acted as co-arrangers and co-placement agents; while Banco Patagonia, Adcap Securities Argentina, Banco Comafi and Balanz Capital Valores acted as co-placement agents.
