TCA counsels on Series IX Notes issue of Agroempresa Colón
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has counselled on the issuance, by Agroempresa Colón, of the SME CNV Guaranteed Notes Series IX Class II. Banco Itaú Argentina acted as arranger and underwriter.
The issue was made on 23 May for a nominal value of US$ 1,000,000, at a cut-off price of 121.78% of the nominal value and a rate of 0%, denominated in US dollars, subscribed, integrated and payable in pesos, maturing on 23 May 2025.
The Series IX Class II Notes are guaranteed by Banco Itaú Argentina as a Guarantee Entity authorised by the CNV.
Agroempresa Colón is an agricultural company dedicated not only to the sale of agricultural inputs of the most recognised brands in the market and of its own production, but also to the commercialisation of grains.
