TCA in $1.5m investment round to IOF
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has advised IOF Company in the closing of its investment round with an investment amount of USD 1,500,000 at a pre-money valuation of the company of USD 6,000,000.
Investors participating in the investment round include Draper Cygnus, Xperiment Ventures, Innvenuture, Rio Uruguay Seguros, among others.
This investment will be used to strengthen IOF Company’s position in Argentina, consolidate its role in the region and continue its global expansion process, particularly in Brazil.
The advisory, through the New Business, Innovation and Digital Transformation area of the firm, involved accompanying the founders and the team of IOF Company during the entire structuring and execution of the achievement that was the financing round.
IOF Company is an Agtech company that, through its IoT and blockchain technology, connects assets in the field to its platform, giving them identity and proof of existence to solve traceability, security and liquidity issues.
