TCA in issuance of SME Notes by Liliana

Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has advised Liliana, and the underwriters, in the issuance of the Series I Secured CNV SME Notes for a nominal amount of ARS $2,500,000,000.

The Notes, denominated, integrated and payable in pesos, mature on 18 April 2025 and were issued on 18 October at a floating annual nominal interest rate equivalent to the Badlar Rate plus a margin of 9%.

In an adverse context for the local capital market generated by the pre-electoral uncertainty, the Company obtained one of the most important financings of the year for the issuance of Negotiable Obligations denominated in pesos in the Argentine capital market.

The Notes are guaranteed by Banco Supervielle, Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, Banco BBVA Argentina, Banco Itaú Argentina and Banco Macro as Guarantee Entities authorised by the CNV.

Banco Supervielle, Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, Banco BBVA Argentina, Banco Itaú Argentina, Macro Securities and First Capital Markets acted as underwriters.

Liliana is a family-owned company with more than 75 years of experience in the Argentinean market, dedicated to the manufacture and marketing of household goods.

TCA’s team was led by partners Alexia Rosenthal (pictured left) and Jaime Uranga (pictured right), with support from associates Juan Sanguinetti, Carolina Mercero and Federico Grieben.
