TCA in NASA IV Financial Trust issue
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has acted as legal counsel in the issuance of the Individual Financial Trust “Fideicomiso Financiero Solidario de Infraestructura Pública NASA IV” under the framework of the CNV’s General Resolution 839/20 of the “Special Regime of Solidarity Financial Trust Programs for the assistance to the national, provincial and/or municipal public sector” whose trustee is Nucleoeléctrica Argentina.
On January 30, 2023, the Trust Debt Securities with Social Impact Tranche I VS related to the sustainability of Nucleoeléctrica Argentina were issued under the Financial Trust, for a nominal value of US$ 30,000,000, maturing on August 1, 2033.
The Financial Trust is aimed at obtaining financing for the development of the life extension projects of the Atucha I nuclear power plant and dry storage of spent fuels for the Atucha I and II nuclear power plant.
BICE Fideicomisos acted as trustee and issuer, Nucleoeléctrica Argentina as trustee, Nación Bursátil as lead underwriter and Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires and Macro Securities as underwriters.
