TCA represents ALZ Semillas in its first issue
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has represented ALZ Semillas, as issuer, Banco Itaú Argentina, as arranger and placement agent, and Itaú Valores as placement agent, in the first issue of ALZ Semillas under the Guaranteed Debentures segment through the issuance of the Series 1 Guaranteed Debentures for an amount of US$2,000,000 dollar-linked and with a fixed rate of 0%, maturing on July 12, 2024.
The issue was made on 12 July 2022, and the Notes are fully guaranteed by Banco Itaú Argentina as a Guarantee Entity authorised by the National Securities Commission (CNV).
ALZ Semillas is a company dedicated to the development of a portfolio of products with genetic aggregates recognised by leading companies, to the sale of products through a network of distributors and to the technical positioning of the product throughout the country. The main sales product is hybrid maize seed.
