Terciotti Andrade strengthens its energy team
Terciotti, Andrade, Gomes, Donato Advogados has reinforced its energy team with the arrival of a new coordinator, Rafaela Rocha (pictured), who will be co-head of the area with partner Marvin Menezes.
Rafaela Rocha is a lawyer, graduated from Centro Universitário de Brasília (UniCeub), member of the Special Committee on Electric Energy of the Brazilian Bar Association/RJ, and holds LL.M in State and Regulation Law (FGV) and Energy and New Business Law (CEDIN – in progress). With ten years of experience in Litigation and Consultancy, mainly in Public Law, and with passage through large law firms and companies of the Electric Sector, such as Energisa and Sérgio Bermudes Advogados.
