TCA represents Cladan in issuance of Class II Notes
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has represented Cladan, as issuer, and the underwriters and arrangers, in the issuance of its US $811,600 Series II Notes due 2024.
The issue was made under Cladan’s Global Programme for the Issuance of Simple Negotiable Obligations for up to AR$900,000,000 under the Régimen Pyme CNV.
The Bonds have been authorized for listing on the Argentine Stock Exchanges and Markets and for trading on the Mercado Abierto Electrónico.
Bahía Blanca Sociedad de Bolsa, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires and Banco Supervielle acted as arrangers and placement agents; while Supervielle Agente de Negociación acted as placement agent.
Cladan is a company that has been operating for 18 years in the animal nutrition market throughout Argentina, covering several animal protein production markets, mainly poultry, swine and ruminants.
