TCA represents Latin América Postal in first Notes issue

Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has represented Latin América Postal, as issuer, and Banco Mariva and Banco Supervielle as placement agents, in the issuance of Series I Secured SME CNV Negotiable Obligations for a total amount of AR$100.000.000.000.

The Notes, denominated and payable in pesos, were issued on 29 July, maturing on 29 July 2024, with an annual floating nominal interest rate equivalent to the Badlar Rate plus a margin of 0.00%.

The Bonds are fully guaranteed by Banco Mariva and Banco Supervielle as Guarantor Entities duly authorised by the CNV.

Latin America Postal is dedicated to postal and logistic services with coverage in Argentina and uses technology applied to its services.

María Eugenia Ataefe and Pablo Antao participated as in-house counsels of Banco Mariva.
