TCA represents PRISMA in first Financial Trust issue
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has represented Prisma Medios de Pago in the creation of the global trust securities programme “PAYWAY” for a nominal value of US$100,000,000 and in the issuance of the first trust, “PAYWAY COBRO ANTICIPADO SERIE I”.
The issue was made under the Programme for a nominal value of Pesos 1,000,000,000,000, which were rated “AAAsf(arg)” by Fix SCR.
TMF Trust Company (Argentina) acted as trustee and issuer and Prisma Medios de Pago as trustor. Banco Macro participated as arranger of the trust and Macro Securities and StoneX Securities as underwriters of the trust.
The purpose of the Trust is to finance the Advance Payment Collection service for Payway customers. Through this functionality, merchants can advance the accreditation of their credit card and prepaid card sales within 24 hours of the sale, so that they can receive the funds in advance.
Prisma Medios de Pago is a company that processes credit, debit and prepaid card transactions and provides secure network and payment technology solutions, as well as fraud prevention services.
