TCA represents Tierra del Fuego in new Treasury Bills issue
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has represented the Province of Tierra del Fuego in the issuance of Treasury Bills Series I Class 1 and Class 2 maturing on June 2, 2023 and July 3, 2023, respectively, for a total amount of AR$3,000,000,000,000.
The issuance was made on May 4th, under the framework of the Treasury Bills Issuance Programme for the year 2023, for an outstanding face value of up to AR$5,000,000,000,000 or its equivalent in other currencies.
The Treasury Bills Series I were guaranteed with funds from the Federal Tax Co-participation Regime.
Banco Comafi acted as arranger and underwriter; while Puente Hnos, Banco de Servicios y Transacciones, Banco Patagonia, Adcap Securities Argentina and Macro Securities acted as co-placement agents.
