TCA represents Yacopini Mirai in first issue of Notes
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has represented Yacopini Mirai, as issuer, and Banco Comafi as underwriter, in the first issue of Yacopini Mirai Series I Notes for a nominal value of $100,000,000 pesos.
The Notes, issued on 6 June, were denominated, integrated and payable in pesos, maturing on 6 June 2024 and at a nominal annual variable interest rate equivalent to the Badlar Rate plus a margin of 2.00%.
Furthermore, the SME Notes are guaranteed by Banco Comafi in its capacity as Guarantor.
Yacopini Mirai is the official dealer of Nissan Argentina for Mendoza, including the sale of 0km and used vehicles, savings plans, spare parts and maintenance and repair services.
