Terciotti, Andrade, Gomes, Donato Advogados has announced Antonio Carlos Pereira Neto (pictured) as new partner of the Labor area.
Antonio has several years of experience advising Brazilian and international companies on the various aspects of employment and Labor law and concentrates his practice on labor litigation, providing advice to local and foreign clients in the oil and gas industry, pharmaceutical, hospitality and leisure (hotels and resorts ), infrastructure, media and entertainment, financial services and banking, technology (telecommunications) and union negotiations.
He has solid experience in actions and resolutions of individual and collective labor conflicts.
Prior to joining Terciotti, Andrade, Gomes, Donato Advogados, Antonio was a senior Counsel of Tauil & Chequer Advogados, senior associate of Campos Mello Advogados.
He was a partner of the labor department Smith & Dantas Advogados and also was a founding partner of Pereira Neto, Caldara & Queiroz Advogados.
He began his private practice in 1990 as a member of the labor department of S/A White Martins, which he left in 1993.
