The Legal Alliance of the Americas adds member firms in Colombia and Peru

The Legal Alliance of the Americas, a network of independent law firms in the Americas started by Chicago law firm Miller Canfield, has announced the addition of law firms in Colombia and Peru.

The Alliance already includes law firms in Argentina, Brazil, Mexico and the United States. With the new additions, Casahierro Abogados in Peru, and Lloreda Camacho in Bogota, Colombia, the alliance expands its reach in more key markets in the region. The legal network now brings together more than 300 lawyers in 14 cities.

This expansion is driven by client demand, with companies and investors increasingly eager to do business throughout North and South America, provided they are able to mitigate legal and regulatory risks.
