Three firms act on the acquisition of Órama DTVM by BTG Pactual
Pinheiro Neto, Freitas Leite Advogados and BMA advised on the acquisition of all shares of Órama DTVM by BTG Pactual, for R$ 500 million, with adjustments as outlined in the agreement.
