Three firms act on the acquisition of Toro by Banco Santander

Machado Meyer Advogados advised Banco Santander (Brasil) on the acquisition of all the shares of Toro Participações, which was advised by BMA and Azevedo Sette Advogados.

Once the transaction is in place, Santander will indirectly hold 100% of the capital stock of Toro Corretora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários and Toro Investimentos. The transaction value was not disclosed.
