TozziniFreire act as deal counsel on issuance of CRI of Canal
TozziniFreire Advogados have acted as deal counsel in the thirty-thirtieth public offering of Real Estate Receivables Certificates (CRI) of Canal, pursuant CVM 160, and CVM Rule 60, underlined by receivables assigned by the special purpose vehicles SPE Bom Sucesso I, SPE Bom Sucesso II, SPE Cordisburgo, SPE Sudoeste I, SPE Divinópolis, SPE Patos de Minas, SPE Sacramento and SPE São Sebastião do Oeste (the SPVs).
The transaction was worth BRL 42 million. The funds raised in the offering will be used in the construction of solar photovoltaic plants by the SPVs.
The offering was structured by EQI Partners, one of the largest and most relevant investment advisor companies in Brazil.
