TozziniFreire acts in the sale of Resultante Consultoria to KPMG

TozziniFreire Advogados acted as legal advisor to Resultante Consultoria in the sale of 100% of the company in favour of KPMG.

This transaction took place on 11 October for an amount of over $5 million Brazilian reals.

The acquisition represented a growth in KPMG’s operations, especially in the ESG segment.

TozziniFreire’s team consisted of partners João Busin (pictured left) and Alexei Bonamin (pictured right), together with associates Victor Frias Françoso and Bárbara Queiroz.
