TozziniFreire adds a new partner
TozziniFreire Advogados announced Gabriela Martines (pictured) as a new partner in its restructuring and insolvency practice area.
Gabriela had already worked at the firm as an associate for nine years, having started as an intern. She had been working at a large bank since 2017, focusing her practice on debt restructuring and judicial reorganization of clients from wholesale industry.
TozziniFreire’s restructuring and insolvency practice assists companies, investors, financial institutions, credit restructuring funds, judicial and extrajudicial reorganization proceedings, and bankruptcy.
Gabriela is a graduate of Law School of Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and holds a postgraduate degree in Business Law from Fundação Getulio Vargas.
She also took the Summer Institute – Introduction to the U.S. Legal System, at Fordham University, New York, United States.
