TozziniFreire adds new oil & gas head partner
TozziniFreire announced that Leonardo Miranda has joined the firm as a partner and head of its oil and gas practice group.
Miranda read Law at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and also holds an LLM in the fields of oil, gas and power regulation and financing from the University of Dundee, in Scotland.
He is tasked with further strengthening TozziniFreire’s energy and infrastructure practice groups. He has over 20 years of experience in these sectors, acting in M&A, project development and project finance.
Prior to joining TozziniFreire, Miranda was a partner at Machado, Meyer, Sendacz e Opice Advogados.
