TozziniFreire adds white-collar crime partner

TozziniFreire announced the arrival of Ludmila Leite Groch as a partner in the white-collar crime practice group. 

Leite Groch holds a Master’s Degree in Criminal Law from the the Law School of the University of São Paulo and has 15 years of experience in Brazilian and foreign law firms. She was also graduate course professor at the University Cruzeiro do Sul, between 2004 and 2006, and professor of tax criminal law graduate of the State University of Londrina (UEL) between 2008 and 2009.

Her hire is set to reinforce the firm’s growth strategy, particularly in compliance, investigations and white-collar crime issues. TozziniFreire is widely considered as preeminent in those practice areas.

Ludmila Leite Groch joins TozziniFreire from Brazilian criminal law boutique Alonso Leite Groch Advogados, which has now rebranded Alonso Lopes Groch.
