TozziniFreire Advogados advised on the sale, by Fundação dos Economiários Federais – FUNCEF, and acquisition by Serra Azul Fundo de Investimento em Participações Multiestratégia, of 56.93% of Serra Azul Water Park (SAWP) capital stock.
FIP Serra Azul became the holder of 100% of the shares representing the share capital of SAWP.
