TozziniFreire advised Sojitz on the acquisition of Intercontinental
TozziniFreire Advogados advised Sojitz on the acquisition of the remaining 20% of Intercontinental, a company specialized in the luxury car dealership business, located in the States of Rio Grande do Sul and Santa Catarina.
The transaction value was not disclosed.
Sojitz had already acquired an 80% shareholding in Intercontinental by 2018, thus now becoming the sole controller of the car dealership.
