TozziniFreire advises Sparta on issuance of quotas
TozziniFreire’s fund formation team advised Sparta on the 4th issuance of quotas of Sparta Infra, an infrastructure investment fund (Brazil Stocks Exchange negotiation code: JURO11) that aims investments in securities and assets that have obtained tax incentives as provided by Law 12.431/11, which has been idealized to foster infrastructure development in Brazil.
The 4th issuance successfully raised BRL 86 million, and highlights investors’ confidence in Sparta who, in addition to Sparta Infra’s offering, has just finished the first closing of its newborn FIAGRO, also advised by TozziniFreire’s fund formation team.
