Two firms act in first issuance of BRK Ambiental – Uruguaiana
Stocche Forbes Advogados advised on the public offering with restrict placement efforts of the first issuance of debentures by BRK Ambiental – Uruguaiana, pursuant to Instruction No. 476, of the Brazilian Securities Commission, in which the debentures of the first series received the tax incentives set forth by Law No. 12.431/2011, in the total amount of BRL 90,780,000.
