Trench Rossi and Lefosse act in CRI of Natura
Trench Rossi Watanabe acted as counsel to Natura and Natura &Co and Lefosse advised the underwriters on the public offer of Real Estate Receivables Certificates (CRI) backed by real estate credit rights arising from three series of privately issued debentures of Natura Cosméticos, with personal guarantee by Natura &CO.
The issuance was 1st issuance of CRIs of Natura and consisted in an offering in the total amount of BRL 1.050,000,000.00.
The offer had three series of CRIs issued by Virgo Companhia de Securitização and was structured pursuant applicable law and regulation.
