Pinheiro Neto and Machado Meyer in Cardif and BRB partnership

Pinheiro Neto was counsel to BRB – Banco de Brasilia while Machado Meyer assisted Cardif do Brasil Vida e Previdência and Cardif do Brasil Seguros e Garantias (Cardif), insurance companies of the Group BNP Paribas, to enter into an strategic partnership for the exclusive offer of life, credit protection, protected credit card insurance products, for 20 years, in the distribution network of BRB and its affiliates.

Machado Meyer advised Cardif and relied on Eduardo Castro, Maria Eugenia Novis, lawyers Ivan Vinicius Nunes Fernandes, Pedro Henrique Ricco Verzemiassi.

Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised BRB – Banco de Brasilia and relied on partner Fernando Mirandez Del Nero Gomes, and associates Rodolfo F. Schreuders and Mariana Magalhães Lobato.
