Trench Rossi and Veirano act in issuance of debentures of Intelbras
Trench Rossi Watanabe advised Intelbras and Veirano Advogados advised BNDES on the public offering of the 3rd issuance of debentures of Intelbras – Indústria de Telecomunicação Eletrônica Brasileira.
The transaction value was R$ 500 million. Banco Nacional de Desenvolvimento Econômico e Social – BNDES acted as lead underwriter.
Trench Rossi Watanabe advised Intelbras and relied on partners Daniel Facó (pictured left), Luis Ambrósio, associates Rafael Dispoti, Marie Grinberg and Joyce Vicente Martins.
