TRSYM and Bruchou advise on issues of Generación Mediterránea and Central Térmica Roca
Tavarone Rovelli Salim & Miani has advised Generación Mediterránea and Central Térmica Roca in the co-issuance of their Class XIV, XV and XVI Notes for US $50,000,000. Bruchou & Funes de Rioja advised the arrangers, placement agents and settlement agent.
The Class XIV Notes were issued at a fixed annual nominal rate of 9.5%, maturing on 18 July 2024, for a total amount of $5,858,103 dollars, payable in dollars; the Class XV at a fixed annual nominal rate of 3.5%, maturing on 18 July 2025, for a total amount of $27. 659,195 dollars, payable in pesos; and Class XVI at a fixed rate of 0.0% nominal per annum, maturing on 18 July 2025, for a total amount of 15,889,019 Units of Acquisitive Value (UVAs), payable in pesos.
The issues were executed on 18 July 2022, under the framework of the Global Programme for the Issuance of Simple Negotiable Obligations for a maximum amount of up to $700,000,000 U.S. dollars.
